Welcome to the Beha Smartheater App. This app has been developed to make operating your Beha heating devices simple, safe, and user-friendly.

1. About the service

The Beha Smartheater App and the associated cloud environment are provided by:

The app uses a secure cloud platform that allows your Bra devices to be managed and monitored remotely.

This agreement is concluded between you as the user of the app and Beha Elektro AS as the service provider.


2. Correct use of the app

When using the Beha Smartheater App, we expect you to:

  • Complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The app and devices are used according to the manuals and instructions.
  • Does not make any changes to the software or hardware that have not been approved by Beha.
  • Does not attempt to hack, manipulate, or misuse the app, cloud environment, or devices.
  • No software decompiles, reverse engineers, or copies.

You are personally responsible for all activities that take place via your account.


3. Updates and changes

App updates and terms and conditions

We may modify these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or the functionalities of the app from time to time.

When important changes occur, you will be informed about them when you open the app.

Software and hardware updates

To improve the safety, reliability, and performance of our products, Beha may perform updates on connected devices.

4. Availability of the service

Your heating devices can always be operated locally and manually, even when the cloud service is temporarily unavailable.

Beha Elektro AS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from:

  • Technical malfunctions;
  • Internet or network problems;
  • Incorrect use of the app or connected devices;
  • Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Beha.

This restriction applies to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination of your account

By yourself

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Beha Elektro AS may terminate your account when:

  • These terms of use are being violated;
  • The app is used for illegal activities;
  • Abuse or unauthorized access is established.
