Check your model to see how to set the temperature and which functions the BEHAapp supports. Set a heating schedule for the times you use the room. Before pairing, check the Wi-Fi and app requirements in the manual.
Heating one room or multiple rooms
Determine the desired temperature and usage for each room: occasional supplementary heating or daily heating. The same surface area can require different power outputs due to differences in insulation, glazing, and ventilation. Have your dealer assess the choice for each room.
Insight into power and consumption
The power in watts is not a prediction of your energy bill. A 1000 W appliance heating at full power for one hour consumes 1 kWh. The cost is that consumption multiplied by your electricity rate. Actual consumption depends on factors including heat loss, temperature, and heating duration.
Choose the front and compare the dimensions
Choose a steel, glass, or paintable front based on your preference and the available models. Then compare power and dimensions. An attractive front does not replace an assessment of the required heating capacity.
Placement and use according to the manual
Check the mounting distances, electrical connection, and operating conditions of the exact model. Additional installation requirements apply to bathrooms. Have your dealer or installer assess which appliance is suitable for which location.
