Why does BEHA call its panel convectors "Smart heating"?
- Because all Beha PV/LV/PGV/LGV and RAW convectors with glass and steel fronts are equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and advanced technology that allows you to operate and control the heating remotely with the BEHA app on your mobile phone. You can download the app for free via Google Play or the App Store.
How many watts do I need per square meter?

Heating requirement (Watts per m²)
How much power (watts) you need for your home depends on a number of factors.
Older homes with poorer insulation (typically built before 1997) require more heating than newer homes.
- Energy-efficient new construction 50 Watts per m² or 20 Watts per m³
- Normally insulated house 90 Watts per m² or 36 Watts per m³
- Old house without insulation 150 Watts per m² or 60 Watts per m³
Where can I find the BEHA-smart app for my heating?.

Why can't I connect my smart heater to the Wi-Fi network?

There can be several reasons why the Bra app cannot "find" the heater.
First, your phone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi must be enabled on your phone. - You can only connect 1 BEHA heater at a time. Turn off all other devices when connecting.
- If your router has multiple networks, select 2.4 GHz
- Check the strength of your Wi-Fi signal and install a Wi-Fi repeater if necessary.
- Check if you have entered the correct password for the router.
- The network name may not be longer than 32 characters
- Check if the Wi-Fi symbol on the heater is flashing. The heater is in connection mode when 22°C is displayed and the Wi-Fi symbol on the floor is flashing.
Can I order parts for older bra products?

You can order parts by contacting us via telephone or the contact form on the website.
When ordering parts for a bra product, you need the following information:
the model, type, and serial number of the product. You can find this information on the rating plate attached to the product.
Are all BEHA products produced in Norway?

Most of our smart heating devices are designed and developed in Norway.
Production takes place in our high-tech factory in Lithuania.
Furthermore, all BEHA electrical products are inspected and approved by accredited testing laboratories.
This gives you, as a consumer, extra peace of mind regarding electrical safety.
