1. Download the BEHA Smart App from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Create an account using your email address. 3. Turn on your BEHAconvector and wait until the Wi-Fi light flashes. 4. Open the app, tap 'Add device', and follow the instructions. 5. Connect to your Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz is recommended). 6. The convector will appear in your app — give it a name and link it to a room.

Is the pairing not working? Reset the convector by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi button for 10 seconds and try again.

BEHA SmartHeaters operate on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Many modern routers support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz — ensure your smartphone is connected to the 2.4 GHz network during pairing. Some routers require you to temporarily disable the 5 GHz network for successful pairing.

BEHA SmartHeaters have built-in memory. All settings — schedules, vacation mode, temperature preferences — are retained in the event of a power outage. As soon as power is restored, the heater automatically resumes the set program.

In the BEHA Smart App, you can add unlimited locations. Each location (home, vacation home, office) gets its own schedules, rooms, and temperature preferences. Ideal for those who manage multiple properties.

IP24 means that the heater is resistant to splashing water — suitable for installation in bathrooms outside Zone 1 (near the shower or bath). All BEHA SmartHeaters meet this certification and are therefore bathroom-ready.

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the convector for 15 seconds until all LEDs flash simultaneously. This will clear the Wi-Fi settings and memory. The device will return to factory settings and can be paired again via the Smart App.
